Sage Bundles
White Sage or Salvia apiana is commonly used in smudging to clear negative energy from a space or an object, even yourself. Our sage bundles are made here on our farm with White Sage we've grown in our organic gardens. These tightly packed bundles measure appx. 4 inch long.
How To Use
Before beginning, make sure you have a way to put out your sage bundle; this would be an ashtray or a shell. To use your sage bundle, first set your intention and be in a positive frame of mind. Light one end of the bundle and quickly blow it out. It should still be smoldering and emitting a smoke trail. When finished with your session, extinquish the sage bundle in the ashtray or shell, making sure it is fully out.
